I called Brian last week to have him repair a broken dishwasher. We scheduled the visit for the next day. About four hours later he called my cell and left a message stating that he'd done some research based on my description of the problem and feared that he could not get the parts and that it would be very expensive, possibly up to $500. While I was unable to use Brian and that particular repair, I was impressed with his honesty and integrity. He actually helped me figure out the problem while losing the business. I was impressed by his responsiveness and honesty and will definitely call Brian again in the future.
