  Everything was really nice. Only complaint was the lack of ground under the swings from dragging feet lol! Need to refill the holes...ty City of Independence for the wonderful parks!

  Great park. Been going to this park since I was a kid. It's bigger and a lot more improvements done to it makes this park still one of my favorites!

  Dog park, baseball fields, walking trail, tennis courts, skate park, and two mini-playgrounds with nice equipment (one being geared more towards smaller kids). There are shelters for eating. There are bathrooms, but I've never used them. Something about park bathrooms has always skeeved me out. This is a nice park though. Pretty clean & tucked away in a residential area. Doesn't get too crowded.
