  Every question or concern I had was answered and I left feeling more knowledgeable, and more confident about riding than when I entered the building, Absolutely zero complaints. I was greatly helped by Emma W in getting my gear ready for the course and she answered whatever questions I had no matter how basic or simple they may have been.

  I so loved the harley Davidson store. Though the prices of the products are too high but they are all worth it. The store is a friendly store we can feel like are just walking in the living room.

  Very nice harley shop. I especially like the staff. Patient, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, gave me space to shop, and were there when I needed them. The prices on a lot of there items were below a standard harley shop. Gorgeous bikes with great deals too. If I hadn't just bought a bike 3 months ago I would be riding away with one of theirs.

  Great customer service every time I go in. Showed me a better set of handlebars that were less expensive than the ones I was originally looking at, saved me $$!! Always willing to answer any questions you may have cheerfully. Will always recommend them to anyone. Service department as well as buying a Harley-Davidson.

  I went to just look at bikes. Found one I liked and Mary was extremely pleasant and not pushy. Then the dreaded trip back to talk to the finance guy. His name is Sal. What a super nice energetic and genuinely good guy. I like talking to finance people as much as I like seeing the dentist. Sal was so unexpectedly friendly and transparent. I will be a customer for life if their service department is also this good. If it's not obvious, I'm now a Harley owner and I couldn't have asked for better people to have made that happen.
