I enjoyed Julie's Monday night VinCenter class. It was well sequenced and well paced and the cues were spot-on. After class I felt wonderful.

YogaRx is a great studio in a space well suited to its unique mix of fitness and yoga classes – and the music is always fantastic too! The instructors are both motivating and attentive, taking time to ensure that everyone understands each exercise or pose that we're doing and also helping with correct alignment. It’s great that there are so many options for early morning weekday yoga and fitness classes so I can still make it to the office, and I really love the mix on the weekends – I come for a yoga class and stay for a fitness class. With so many convenient options, I’m in better shape that I have been in years!

Julie offers a variety of classes from stretching, to yoga, to fitness, to recovery. There are many classes to choose from which run back to back. So if you are ever in the need for a mini vacation from life, YogaRx is the perfect prescription! Great instruction and motivation to push harder and stretch further than you think you can! All right in West Chester!
