  Nice place to come to. $12 for non residents. Keep in mind the beach is majority made up of rocks. The water is deep, but just a lot of rocks. You have to watch your footing. Clean beach. No riff raff.

  I showed up right before sunrise at dawn on a brisk spring day, and as luck would have it I experienced one of the most beautiful sunrises I've ever seen. The wind was blowing off the lake and 5' waves were crashing into the shore. Beautiful beach.

  Beautiful park and beach, even a dog beach. Lake Bluff residents pay for annual beach access. For non-residents there is a charge and I've heard it's steep (possibly $20/day).
