  Both greeted myself and a friend that came with to help me pick out a ring for my gf. They answered all my questions with a smile and were beyond helpful. I didnt even bother with a big chain retailer because it'd be impossible to match the level of customer service these two wonderful human beings provided me. The ring was perfect (even in the right size I needed) and most importantly, my gf fell in love with me all over again when I dropped to one knee and whipped that bad boy out. Thanks again Tom and Mary, you two are truly incredible!!

  Two months ago I went to Paolucci Jewelers in hopes of finding an engagement ring. When I walked in I was greeted by Tom who is an absolute character that made me feel at home. With his help I found a ring that my fiance fell in love with! Definitely will return! Thanks again Tom!

  My wedding ring was a custom design and I get at least 10 compliments a day! We go to Paolucci for all our jewelry needs! The staff is always pleasant and they make sure my diamonds sparkle!

  Today I went in to get a link taken out of a watch. Both people who assisted me were upfront in telling me there was a good chance the watch would crack due to it being ceramic. Even so, they were willing to do it if I wanted.
  
  In the past, I've gotten a gold bracelet shortened here. It came out clean & looked great.
