My father needed a caretaker because of very serious physical issues. I live across the country but was so lucky to find NorthStar through a friend. NorthStar did a tremendous job finding caretakers that had experience with my father's particular needs and were able to take excellent care of him. Almost as important, the staff was very proactive and always made sure I was in the loop as concerns popped up. Billing is straightforward and easy. I am very thankful to have Northstar looking after my family and highly recommend them if you need someone too.
