  I have been training with Andrew for a little over 10 months now and my body has never felt better. My muscles are more developed and I am much stronger. I particularly love the boxing sessions where I get to release my frustrations for the day. I'd definitely recommend Andrew. I've tried several gyms and trainers over the years and he is by far the best.

  I have worked with Andrew both at gold’s gym and now in his own studio. I started after retirement with a goal of getting myself in shape after a career spending too much time in meetings and on airplanes and too little devoted to exercise. Andrew did a superior job helping me get into shape ( probably the best i have been in my life ) and now staying in shape.
  Andrew provides a program tailored to your individual needs with great variety providing a never boring but always challenging workout.

  I love this studio! I was tired of the 2 big gyms I was going to before as I felt I wasn't getting the help I was looking for and seeing no progress. I called Hellion Core and so glad I did, I have lost 20 lbs of fat and gained muscle since I joined. The trainer is attentive and ensures I get a good work out as well as focusing on my needs. I have a knee injury and have had no issues since training here, I've been feeling much better which I am very happy about!

  I highly recommend Andrew as a trainer. He is very attentive and provides good value. I saw immediate results in strength and flexibility. He worked around my inquires. He really knows what he is doing. Best trainer I've ever had. Two thumbs up!
