My wife and I were in the market for a new car and she loved the ES350. I visited three other dealerships and no one gave us a better deal on the vehicle and our trade in. Alex the sales associate worked very hard and was the most pleasant person to work with! We drove over 1 hour to come here and do not regret it.

I was greeted as always by the friendly staff, especially Jose Garcia, who was the Service Consultant who helped me. Jose was amazing and made my time getting my Lexus serviced feel like it was 1, 2, 3! I didn't give him a great amount of time, I called @ 7:00PM for an appointment @ 7:30 PM, Jose said come on by; even though they close at 9:00PM! Jose and staff were more than happy and willing to make sure everything was taken care of! Great job, guys; especially you Jose Garcia!!

The BEST car buying experience probably ever. Dan Koshoba is the most pleasant and excellent car salesman I’ve met. He’s nice, believable and low pressure. I also LOVE my car. All service was great. The dealership is THE NICEST anywhere around here! Go to Arlington and buy from Dan!'

Beautiful showroom! Awesome staff! Easy to work with. Great deals! Drove over a hour to see them. I would highly recommend going here for a Lexus, I did! Super happy with my car, and their exemplary service. Didn't get to use the cinema...lol, maybe next time. Ask for Edgar M, he was a pleasure to work with and made it easy to buy a car.

Just purchased a used vehicle and took it in for my first time because the tire light was on, Jose was awesome, very nice and helpful and got me in basically the same vehicle I have as my loaner, he made me experience a good one and followed up with me in a timely manner. I will be keeping an eye on my tire and will be returning for my first maintenance service to see Jose in a few thousand miles because he did a great job
