  Steve Sherman was very professional and courteous. We had a doctor's appointment for one of our kids and he worked around our schedule and we were able to get a cast from the doctor and a new car all in the same day while seeing friends of ours buying a car from Steve as well. Happy New Year!

  Outstanding service. Steve Sherman and the rest of the team at Heritage Subaru are phenomenal. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome upon entering the sales floor. When I was mentioned I was interested in an Ascent I was immediately shown one and went for a test drive. Steve knew the entire line up inside and out and showed me every major and minor feature of the car. When I decided I wanted to purchase, the entire process was no pressure and very straight forward. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new car. I am happy to be a part of the Subaru family.

  My old car was totaled over the weekend and I had already been doing research on vehicles, so I knew what I was looking for. Heritage Subaru Catonsville had what I was looking for at a price that was fair and reasonable.
  Playing "Salesperson-Roulette" is not my idea of a good time. I'm glad you have your sales force listed on your website. I chose Steve Sherman after reading reviews about him on DealerRater. He exceeded my expectations. He was friendly, courteous, zero-pressure, and very honest and straightforward. This was the best car-buying experience I have had in my life. I will recommend Steve to all my friends.

  I love going to the Heritage Dealership. The service is always fast and friendly. The dealership didn't treat me different after I purchased my car, I still get the VIP treatment. Keep up the get level of customer service.

  We purchased our 2019 Ascent last weekend and our experience was amazing. Our salesman Steve Sherman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Ascent. The finance department worked with us so our payment was affordable. We were treated great by all the staff and were in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
