  I just came from an office where when arrived, i went to see the insurance office. After about 15 min i was told. "You have great insurance". All of the sudden i needed $2400 worth of work done. Funny thing is that was my max payout for the year. I said NO THANKS and left. I found this place on google and thought why not. I am SO GLAD. I feel like they actually care about their patients. I did not feel as if i was there because i : HAD GREAT INSURANCE". I will recommend anyone who asks where to go for dental work in the Independence area..

  Dr Medley has always gone above & beyond to make what is not always a pleasant experience, as pleasant as possible. Her & her staff are all so friendly & kind. Dr Medley always takes her time, explaining things & putting together a plan of action. I feel as if she has the best "bed-side manners" of any dentist I've ever been to. Would recommend her to anyone needing a dentist.

  THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT, BUT I DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK AS A REGULAR PATIENT. 1. EVERY THING LOOKS NEW AND CLEAN. 2. ALL PERSONNEL WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY PLEASANT. 3. MY TEETH CLEANING WAS DONE IN A VERY GENTLE MANNER. 4. A NEW PROCEDURE WAS DONE FOR CLEANING MY TEETH, THAT WAS NEW TO ME

Going to Medley Smiles was a positive experience. When you walk in the receptionist is welcoming. The waiting room is family-friendly with a spot where children can play. I am always apprehensive to how the dental hygienist will be, but she was gentle and explained things to me of what she was doing.. Dr. Medley was super nice and professional.
