I got into an accident on 10/28/2018 and have been coming here ever since. The people are extremely knowledgeable about the body and know exactly what you need to recover. This was my only accident and I was terrified at first but they made me feel right at home and really have helped me out through this whole process. The lovey lady’s in the front office are the best and will do everything in their power to make sure you come to your appts, give you any and all information you request and go above and beyond for you. I am 23 and now have a back issue because of an accident that wasn’t my fault so has been an externally scary event in my life and the people at this Mrcp have done more than I could have ever hoped to help me in my recovery. I would recommend them to anyone.
I don’t know how many people can say they enjoy going to physical therapy, but I do. The entire staff is outstanding. They make you feel like family and have made such a positive impact on my life. Their kindness and compassion for their patients is amazing. The therapists are very professional and know their stuff. I am a concussion patient, and there were months where I wouldn’t really smile or laugh, but these people have helped me through my recovery. I don’t have a session where I’m not laughing or smiling. I will probably even cry when I’m to be discharged. Huge shout out to Eva and Marilyn for being phenomenal therapists (Kevin is also an amazing aide). And a big shout out to the front desk, you ladies are awesome. (The manager deserves some extra vacation ????). Overall, it has been a great experience at MRCP.
The entire staff at MRCP is so nice, professional, and supportive. They are always respectful, and always provided me with outstanding service, advice, and assistance. Everyone was (and still is) available for questions and that extra needed support, especially during those tougher days. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and practitioners I saw outside of physical therapy were impressed with the treatment and advice they gave me. It was bittersweet being released from my therapy: I was happy that I was well enough to not need therapy, but I truly missed the bonds that I created with the staff and the other patients.
MRCP West Chester has a unique character: I actually looked forward to going! I gained a sense of place, a sense of comraderie, much needed and valued support, and most of all, the laughter ...When I really needed it. They are sensitive to all your needs on a day-to-day basis, and truly work to tailor your experience. They really go above and beyond.
I have been done for a couple months, but I was invited back for a holiday party. That makes me feel so good that I am not just another number. They truly care about their patients, even after they leave. And, going back in a different capacity, I was reminded why they are so special! So, yes, I highly recommend MRCP West Chester.
I have been going to MRCP for just about 4 months now (September - December). I’m very happy with the quality of care that they provide me and the quality of staff, both office and therapists. The people who work there are extremely friendly, welcoming and intelligent. I would most definitely recommend this office if PT is needed.
I’ve been a patient here for a few months. I’m beyond blessed that I was recommended to go here. The whole entire staff is like a family and they treat you like family too. You couldn’t pick a better place to come for physical therapy honestly.
