The people at pranzo's auto are super nice and seem to know what they're doing. I went in to find out why my check engine light was on. They hooked it up and found out why. They gave me a quote for parts and labor and didn't charge me for the diagnostics! They even said it's safe to drive right now, no rush on the fix. Well I definitely brought it back for them to repair. They charged me exactly what they quoted ????! I feel like that never happens. I thanked them for charging just the quote and they said, well that's how it's supposed to be. Good honest people.

These guys have an awesome group of mechanics working for them. Very reasonably priced. Friendly, honest and punctual. They do the job right, quickly and will never cheat you. True quality Auto shop, hard to come by nowadays. Highly recommend.

This is honestly the best mechanic I've ever been to! Chris was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. When I first contacted them by phone, they were able to give me a bunch of answers without even looking at my vehicle. They were very personable people, as well as fantastic at their jobs!
