  As a retired American Family Insurance Agent I found a few years ago AF did not serve me well at my new zip code, so I took a shot at a long time rival State Farm. I elected to go with Laurel Cross's Agency. I have spoken to Laurel only once which is fine, but have worked with Jamie, Susan and now Taylor. In a poor customer service world we live in today I have found they are the best! Laurel has surrounded herself with a great team. Taylor is the newest member and seems to be on his game! Thanks guys and gals, you are great!

  She helped me with everything I needed, and I feel safe and know I am covered. Nothing but gold and everything you want with an insurance agent.

  As a previous Insurance agent for over 20 years, I can say this Agency offers the best service than any Agency can. Jamie is the best! All of the staff is great but Jamie excels at her job. Thank you Jamie, and all of the Cross Agency staff for a great job always.

  Laurel and her team are one of a kind. They all have huge hearts and do what's right for their customers. They are very Knowledgeable and stand out from the rest. I love working with them and can't say enough great things about Laurel and her amazing team!!
