UPDATE: after the "accident" the store manager helped me find the item and offered it at a courtesy discount. I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue. I am bringing my evaluation to 4 stars now.

Don't bother. Service is bad. Called ahead to confirm they had an item I was looking for and they said they had it. 30min trip to arrive and discover they didn't. Huge waste of time

I visited there to look for a couch for a therapist's office. I was impressed with the selection on the website and even more impressed with what they had on the floor. James helped us find what we needed, connected us with a delivery service, and was super efficient and friendly and not pushy. Great source of new & gently used furniture for home & office!
It's a great place. You'll find top grade furnitire, new, used all for unbelievable prices. Diffrent from the other used furniture areas in town. Their certification and sanitation process is rigorous, so all bed bugs and any form of infections are out of the question. James, the sales representative will take care of you. Ask for him.
