    I used Travis and mitigation about a year ago when I had a major leak and damage to my roof and stucco. Mitigation was timely, extremely professional and fixed the leak and did great work.

    Today I got a frantic call from the babysitter saying the basement was flooded. I called Travis and mitigation again, and they dropped everything and got there in 2 hours. That type of response time is unheard of! They took there time and problem shot, and found the problem.

    I would strongly recommend using mitigation and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

    Travis and Tony are great. Had a leak in the ceiling over my powder room and they were here within 2 hours of my call. Had my bathroom put back together in no time and pricing was very reasonable. Very communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

    Facing a water flood emergency, we liked the detailed yellow page info of Mitigation Emergency Services. Travis and his team quickly responded to our call, worked rapidly to control the damage and inspired confidence they were able to deal with all aspects of our emergency. The required work and support required several months of intensive effort. We were very pleased by their thoroughness and professionalism. TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!

    I've also used Mitigation twice. Both times the work was done perfectly. This last time we had a pipe spring a leak inside the concrete in the garage. The water travelled up the wall and caused mold and water damage in the adjacent bedroom as well as the garage. Travis's team responded to our call and they were there within 2 hours. The city of Torrance inspector who came to sign off the job said that he sees a lot of their work. He showed me the things that he was looking for and said that the work was done very well, consistent with what he is used to seeing from Mitigation. Having a leak is a stressful experience, there is no doubt about that. When it comes to your biggest investment, it is worth it to me to have peace of mind that the job will be done right.

    We have used Mitigation Inc. two separate times and have been happy with all of their services. We have had a major water Pipe Burst in our Slab and another Water Pipe Burst a couple of years later. Mitigation Inc. with Travis handled everything from start to finish with the complete repair of our rooms from the damage. They did such a good job, we had them Re-Pipe the entire home. The price was reasonable and we knew we could trust them to get the job done right. Mitigation Inc is our first place to contact when and if we have a need for repairs & restoration of our home.
