Superior, professional, and caring service is what I experienced at the My Hearing Center Office in Valencia. From the caring service of receptionist , Cicely, who worked around my busy schedule to book my appointment, to Mario Pallais H.A.D. , who administered the hearing test. Mr. Pallais, explained the causes of hearing loss, displayed diagrams to show where hearing loss occurs. He even took the time to explain the new technology offered in different kinds of hearing aids. All in all I felt comfortable in the capable hands of the people in this office. I was so impressed with the service, I have recommended it to several friends! My many Thanks!
