Dr. Bennett’s program really works wonders. I got to my goal weight in 21 days and have easily maintained my weight range for several months since finishing. Very easy to follow and Dr. Bennett keeps you focused and answers any questions along the way.

What can I say? Dr Bennett goes above and beyond to work with people to reclaim their health. By partnering with people and getting to the root cause, he does a great job at educating them and guiding them on their individual road to health.
