(February 8, 2018, 1:43 pm)Dr. Karzel has done three surgeries on me. I honestly think of him as the god of orthopedic doctors. He is unreliably patient and effective. He fixed my shoulder after my first surgery failed. I trust him completely.

Explained in detail my MRI results , My questions have been answered. Everytime my wife asks a question the staff Nicki I hope I wrote your name correctly I called to ask a question you called me. Right back customer service is great ,Carol prepared the information for Dr Ronald Karzel , Carol made my wife and I feel welcome ,and check in and out was professional and kind. I am awaiting pre op appt . Thank you for your care -
