  Great gym in the northland! Very spacious area that includes more than just the average gym equipment; battle ropes, TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, etc.! 2 smith machines & 3 squat racks, plenty of isolated machines & cardio equipment, too. Clean atmosphere, helpful & friendly staff. Also, a walking track around the whole gym. Very satisfied here!

  Highly recommend, I'm a student at MCC and I've been attending this gym for around 6 weeks now. I've already started to see some progress, I look in the mirror and feel much more confident. I've met friends and students here that have become a huge support to me, and I think deciding to get a membership at this gym and start lifting weights is one of the best decisions I've ever made!
