It is very hard to obtain anything Medicare these days and the process is confusing. My mother's physical therapist recommended them and I worked with a local representative to get her a Motor Wheelchair. It took only 5 weeks and the representative came to the doctor's appointment to take care of all the paperwork. The same rep delivered it and educated us on the equipment.
